Prologue

Healthcare is a field of much attention all over the world, particularly, in the time being of digital transformation age. The term ‘smart healthcare’ has been increasingly popular. Questions like what, how, and why to improve healthcare in smart direction are of most urgent and important. Finding answers to these questions are the current concerns of healthcare authorities, managers, providers and researchers of health care. Thus, sharing viewpoints and directions to develop smart healthcare is needed.

With this view, the 3rd International Health Informatics Conference toward Smart Health Care in the Digital Transformation Age will be commenced on 11th October 2023 with the three main topics “Smart Family Doctor Network”, “Smart Hospital”, and “Smart Public Health” in social resilience.

The Conference is organized by the collaboration of Vietnam Health Economics Association, , Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT), VNU-HCM, Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine, Department of Medicine – VNU-HCM, and the Worldwide well known AHLA representative, Prof. Peter Wushou Chang, Honorary President.

This is a hybrid conference held at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, VNU-HCM located at 268 Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Ward 14, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City
